In an effort to streamline the Title V\npetition process, EPA has recently allowed an avenue to stakeholders to\npotentially delay a permit approval. Stakeholders need only to wait until the\nend of the review period to submit petitions to reset the EPA 45-day review\nperiod. State agencies will be required to respond to \u201csignificant\u201d comments in\nwriting to EPA prior to the agencies review process can begin.
