At TRICORD Project Managers are at the center of our project teams and responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, control and completion of our customer projects. They adhere to company strategy, commitments and goals while managing project scope, schedule and budget.  In addition to leading the project team, the Project Manager is responsible for mentoring and teaching junior technical staff.


– Lead the planning and implementation of projects

– Define the project scope, schedule and budget

– Define project tasks and resource requirements

– Assemble and coordinate project staff

– Manage project scope, schedule and budget

– Provide direction and support to project team

– Assist with challenging technical skills

– Quality assurance

– Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

– Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

– Identify project changes and interventions necessary to achieve project goals

– Project evaluations and assessment of results


– 5+ years of work experience in project management capacity

– Knowledge of project management principles, techniques and tools

– Knowledge of environmental regulations and technical skills relative to projects

– Proven experience in people management

– Proven experience in strategic planning

– Proven experience in change management and shifting priorities

– Proven leadership with setting goals, performance measures and mentoring technical staff

– Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time

– Ability to stay focused and meeting project goals
